We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria and the FCT. Standard delivery times are 1–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery fees apply to orders below ₦50,000.

Dagash Fashion Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price paid.

Refund Policy

Returns Policy

We want every Dagash customer to be completely satisfied. If something isn't right, we will work with you to make it right.

Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2024

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately:

Once your order has been dispatched (handed to a courier), it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery, subject to our Returns Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in any of the following circumstances:

4. Refund on Cancellation

For customer-initiated cancellations made before dispatch, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For Dagash-initiated cancellations, we will also refund any applicable delivery fees.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (Abuja). We currently do not offer international shipping.

2. Delivery Timeframes

These are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, adverse weather, or logistics partner delays.

3. Delivery Fees

Exact delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a call or WhatsApp message from our team with your tracking information. You may also call +234 903 701 7804 to enquire about your order status.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will make a second attempt. After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to our store and you will be contacted to rearrange delivery (re-delivery fees may apply).

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
