All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes; slight colour variations may occur.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Payment

We accept payments via Flutterwave, which supports cards, bank transfers, and USSD. Payment must be completed before orders are processed.

4. Delivery

We deliver to all states in Nigeria. Delivery times range from 1–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery fees apply for orders below ₦50,000.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2024

At Dagash, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale items and customised orders are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

Returns Policy

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

2. Conditions for Return

• Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Proof of purchase (order reference) is required.
• Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Exchange Process

If you received the wrong size or a defective item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free exchange and cover return shipping costs in such cases.

4. How to Return

Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2024

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, call us immediately at +234 903 701 7804.

2. After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the item is delivered, subject to our Returns Policy.

3. Cancellation by Dagash

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

• Item is out of stock after order placement
• Payment could not be verified
• Incorrect pricing due to a system error
• Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
